Anticucho ( Skewers ) to Grill

Macerate the Meat ( Pork,Chicken or Beef Hearts -2 kg ) with an envelope of 100 grams of Piki dressing dissolved in a cup of liquid preferably 1/2 bottle of beer. Then place on the grill.
