REFUNDS
If the Order is seized or held by Customs in the Destiny Country , we do not make money returns or any refund .The client must know the restrictions and prohibitions of the products in his country. Peruincashop.com will not be responsible for any incident with customs authorities of the destination country. If restrictions exist, our payment company will not return or refund the price paid. Only Peruincashop.com will refund the money paid if the order is lost on way to its destination Country. If once arrived the order to the destination country, this is seized by customs , peruincashop.com will not make any refund.
The customs release of the order arrived at the country of destination depends only on the buyer. Customs clearance paperwork and any tax payments must be made by the buyer. peruincashop.com will send the buyer the necessary documentation for the release of the Order if the buyer so requires, as long as the product imported to the destination country does not be prohibited
In case of that the Order is retained by customs in the country of destination or transit, the buyer must call or go to the Postal Service or Courier and ask about what he must do or what documents must be presented for the release of his retained Order and carry out the procedure informed by customs.
Note: If the order is lost by the Postal Service or Courier inside the country destination once arrived the order to the destination country, we do not make any refund neither any re-ship because the order arrived to the destination country and the loss of the order was responsability from the Postal Service or Courier in the destination country and not by peruincashop.com, so the guarantee is not applicable
It is up to the Buyer to make the claim to the Postal Service or Courier in his Country since the Order arrived to a his country, it cleared customs but in transit to its destination , the order was lost by the Postal Service or Courier
Note: In case of cancellation of the order, the money will be refunded by the same method of payment used for the purchase, unless by express coordination.
ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED
In case the shipment has suffered damages during the transport to the Destiny Country , the customer will have to communicate this situation to peruincashop.com before the 48 later hours to his reception. In this case, peruincashop.com will initiate the procedure of claim to the transport company to replace the merchandise damaged without additional charge to the client.
The customer will have right to the 100 % reship of the Order if this is lost or it arrived damaged without additional cost including the expenses shipment once the product
TIME OF RESHIP
The reship time can vary based on the shipment category if the order was sent outside Peru. For products in stock, the habitual reship time for abroad of 3 to 5 days. In any case, the shipment is processed as soon as possible .
